  • How fast do claims get paid?

    Clean electronic claims are typically adjudicated within 14–21 days for capitated lines and within plan-specific timelines for FFS.

  • Where do I submit?

    EDI through the BestCare IPA portal or via your clearinghouse using payer ID 95378.

  • Who do I call about a denial?
